For the week of October 19 the menu features Warm Leek and Avocado Salad, Sauteed Sole, Rice Florentine, Roasted Butternut Squash (photo), Veal Chops Duxelles, Meat Loaf Florentine and Pasta with Red Beans and Ham.

MMM..everything sounds good. I love all the fall cooking. I can't wait to see your squash and meatloaf recipes!

I think I'll try the chicken and make the Duxelles sauce directly for it. Too bad if one of the girls doesn't like mushrooms!
