My mouth is watering, now that I've read your menu for next week. I love the looks of that chevre with the proscuitto and mushrooms, indeed I do.

I do believe I would like to come to dinner every night this week Katie! I am having a hard time deciding which looks the best! Which one is your favorite to cook?

Sher, I do dearly love chevre! And Prosciutto (although, for me it's actually Bayonne ham)
Deb, I love the lasagne - it's so incredible easy and such wonderful flavors....

Hi Katie your menu sounds fab.
Where does your tuna come from.
I believe if you are not on the coast in France fresh fis is slim pickings. Tuna of course will keep a lot longer.
Cheers

Lannae, if you love goat cheese you will really love this!
Gilli, we don't often get decent tuna so when I see it I grab it. We're about 30 minutes from the coast so not too far.
