For the week of September 28 the menu features Spinach Strudel with Carrot Tomato Sauce, Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Herbs, Stuffed Mushrooms, Pizza Vesuvius con Jamón (photo - What? Never had an egg on your pizza?) Wild Rice Pilaf, Pasta with Mushroom Sauce and Oriental-Style Stuffed Peppers.
