the menu features Courgette Timbales with Pimiento Sauce, Pasta with Shrimp and Avocado Sauce, Summer Herb and Tomato Soup, Brined and Grilled Pork Loin Roast, Herbed Potatoes a la 'Two Fat Ladies', Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Prosciutto and Chicken Satay on Sesame Brown Rice with Chinese Green Bean Salad and Warm Peanut Sauce (pictured).

Hi Katie, that looks like a wonderful meal. My partner has been doing most the cooking these days because of my current schedule. But I do try to make time for baking :-)

Sher, everyday I am either eating and freezing green beans or zucchini. Everyday I'm picking green beans and zucchini. Everyday...
