Menu for the Week
Not really a post - just a place for you to leave comments
about the menu in
the side bar... And have a preview of what we're eating!
For the week of August 24
the menu features Prosciutto and Basil Stuffed Tomatoes, Barbecued Salmon, Sautéed Courgette with Celery, Potatoes with Sage and Brie, Tortilla de Calabacín Green Beans with Prosciutto and Garlic Chips and Tomato, Mozzarella and Avocado Pasta Salad. Add in some easy cooking from the grill and we have another week of summer cooking!
Don't you love the way the Brie left white 'stripes' on the tortilla? The rest just melted into the eggs...

I admire your for planning those menus and sticking to them, Katie!

I love the racing stripes on the tortilla! How come mine never come out that way? ;-) Your menu sounds wonderful. I just finished off the prosciutto, which I ate with fresh figs. I think I need to get some more and try this approach....

What an incredible menu. As usual I am astounded by your creativity. I really need to start eating at your place!

Pille, It's easier if I do all the planning...then don't have to think again all week....
Toni, purely accidental, I had not idea the 'inner brie' would just ooze away.
Truffle, We'll keep the lights on....
