For the week of August 17
the menu features Warm Zucchini Cups, Grilled Halibut with Pesto Butter, Vichyssoise, Veal Chops with Lemon, Lemon Thyme and Tarragon, Grilled Polenta and a couple of summer salads: Niçoise Pasta Salad and Ham, Green Bean and Cherry Tomato Pasta Salad. Add in some easy cooking from the grill and we have another week of summer cooking!
