Menu for the Week
Not really a post - just a place for you to leave comments about the menu in
the side bar... And have a preview of what we're eating!
For the week of July 6 the menu features Moules Gratiné, Grilled Tuna, Herbed Polenta with Pepper and Onion Salad, Smoked Salmon, Veal Chops with Balsamic Reduction Sauce, Smoked Pasta, and a couple of summer salads with make ahead ingredients (cook once; eat twice).
The photo? Moules Gratiné. Surprisingly quick and easy and perfect for summer!
