the menu features Caprese Salad (Finally, dinner on the terrace), Grilled Trout with Lemon and Thyme, Classic Caesar Salad, Herbed Cornish Hens (Poussin), and, of course, a few main dish salads as summer cooking continues... And now, summer dining....
