Menu for the Week
Not really a post - just a place for you to leave comments about the menu
in the side bar... And give a preview of what we're eating!
For the week of June 15 the menu features Asparagus Pastries with Tarragon Cream, Grilled Swordfish, Salami and Cream Cheese Mini Frittatas, Grilled Poussin (Cornish Hen) with a Molasses Glaze, Caprese Pasta Salad (with Salami - I was hungry for salami) and Sweet and Sour Chicken Salad.
Become a Thyme for Cooking Subscriber and get the menus, recipes and shopping list delivered (in easy-to-print format) to your inbox each Thursday. (Reverse seasons available for Australia, and others in the Southern Hemisphere)
Bon Weekend!

I think that the local asparagus season has ended, and we are now in 90 degree weather. But, that doesn't mean I can't admire your beautiful asparagus tart! That looks scrumptious!

Yes less asparagus, the first cherries! Cherries red, asparagus dead ;-).
BTW: I give private lessons in bread making!
