For the week of June 8 the menu features Warm Lentil Salad on a Bed of Spinach, Barbecued Shrimp with Grilled Polenta and Tomato and Green Olive Sauce, Smoked Salmon with Deviled Eggs, Grilled Sirloin Steak, and, with the leftovers, a lovely Steak Salad.
