This is for the week of May4. This week's menu features Omelet with Tarragon and Chevre, Grilled Pesto Shrimp with Pasta and Mangetout, Barbecued Duck Breast (Magret de Canard) Spinach Salad with Asparagus and Smoked Turkey and, of course, Asparagus.
