This is for the week of April 27. This week's menu features Composed Salad with Fresh Asparagus, Grilled Salmon with Tomato Leek Salsa, Veal Chops with Rosemary, Lemon and Garlic, Risi e Bisi and Salad with Potatoes, Sausage and cream Chevre.
