Menu for the Week

This is for the week of February 9. This week's menu features Tomato Flan on a bed of Pesto Vermicelli, Tuna Ricotta Crepes, Pork and Pepper Risotto (using leftovers from the Braised Pork) and a lovely Valentine's Day Dinner for Two.
